Introducing Pylon Protect – A molded plastic protective cover for safer barrier foam pylons. The pylons used on safer barrier soft wall systems are made from an extruded polystyrene foam that has excellent energy dissipation properties, however it is prone to deteriation by exposure to the elements.  Currently, race tracks only option to color match and protect the pylons are to paint them, which provides marginal results at best.  Pylon Protect will provide a durable protective cover against bird pecking, rain, snow and sunlight for years to come.  In addition, Pylon Protect can be molded to color coordinate    with the specific racetrack.
